K-pop boy group MBLAQ revealed a teaser image of its new title track ‘Smoky Girl,’ which will be released this June.
The revealed image is not a photo of MBLAQ, but an art picture of a short-hair girl whose lips, hair, and nails are emphasized with neon colors. The girl’s mysterious atmosphere implies the album concept, as well as the group’s image change.
MBLAQ’s agency, J.Tune Camp said, “This album embodies MBLAQ, not just as cute idol stars but artists. That’s why we decided not to release the group’s picture first and chose this mysterious image instead. MBLAQ members participated in this album as musicians much deeply than any previous ones.”
Moreover, its title track ‘Smoky Girl’ is already getting much attention, for it is reportedly produced by hit song maker Primary and Giant D, and singer Simon D participated in the rap part.
