130304 [NEWS] Kara′s Park Gyuri Cast as the Lead of the Drama ′Nailshop Paris′
Kara′s Park Gyuri has been cast as the main lead for the drama Nailshop Paris.
The singer will be acting alongside MBLAQ′s Thunder, rookie flower boy actor Song Jae Lim and Jeon Ji Hoo in the drama, which will air through MBC Dramanet and MBC Queen.
Hong Yeo Ju, Park Gyuri′s role, is the writer of an internet novel who
dresses herself up like a boy and gets herself a job in the
flower-boy-filled nailshop Paris. Park Gyuri plans to show off her
skills in acting and nail art through the drama.
Her role in Nailshop Paris is the singer′s first lead role since Kara′s drama Urakara, which aired in Japan in 2011. She has been preparing for the role by receiving training in acting and studying her character amid her busy schedules inside and outside the country.
Nailshop Paris will air its first episode early April.
