-World star Rain will be coming to Hwacheon-
Under the auspices of the 7th Division, 'Chilsung Festival' will be held at Hwacheon Public Stadium, Bungeo Island, and in parts of Sanyang-ri, from October 10 to 12.
'Chilsung Dream Concert', a part of the festival, will be held on the 10th at 6:00pm, and it will feature world star Rain (corporal 'Jung Ji Hoon'), KCM (corporal 'Kang Chnag Mo), Untouchable (corporal 'Kim Sung Won' and 'Park Kyung Wook'), T.I.P Crew who is the world B-Boy champion, etc. And, there will be a show of fireworks.
